Lexington
A funny story goes with this house, originally this was drawn to be a remodel of the clients existing home, but after bids were reviewed it was going to cost too much. We worked with the client and suggested that it would cost less to sell their current house and use the plans to construct a new house from scratch on an empty lot of their choosing. The light bulb lit up and we were off to the races looking for a house to tear down on a pretty lot. In a couple of months they found the perfect location and got to build exactly what they wanted with none of the compromises of the old house and remodeling plan. Features include a stone façade, antique heart pine floors, and a huge guesthouse / pool house. The completed home is a knockout and is in a great subdivision with plenty of appreciation potential.
